The Henry Family Farm is centrally located in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia along the river bottom on the North Fork of the Shenandoah River. Located at the base of Green Mountain, the delayed sunrise allows the perfect amount of moisture from the morning dew, combined with a limestone rich top soil, to provide the best conditions for growing hot peppers anywhere in the United States.
