The Henry Family Farm is centrally located in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia along the river bottom on the north fork of the Shenandoah River.  Located at the base of Green Mountain, our farm has some of the best conditions for growing hot peppers.  The key ingredients in growing our hot peppers are a delayed sunrise provided by the mountains,  heavy morning dew, and limestone rich top soil.

Henry’s Hot Sauce was on a quest for great hot sauces that led to every continent around the globe.  The hot peppers we grow originate in Northern India, Central Africa, Yucatan Peninsula, Caribbean Islands and the Chesapeake Region of Virginia.  Each variety of hot pepper is carefully chosen for its unique heat and taste. As some peppers are not commercially obtainable, we maintain our own seed lineage to assure quality pepper seeds for our products.  Our hot sauce flavors are not derived from artificial ingredients but from pure, hot pepper extract.  Only the few ingredients necessary for preservation and binding are added to our hot sauces.

The Henry Family Farm is known for growing the best tasting hot pepper varieties, as well as some of the best vegetables in the Shenandoah Valley. Years of hot pepper research, ideal growing conditions, and a long lineage of farmers in the Henry family, help make these products available for your consumption. Henry’s Hot Sauce is committed to manufacturing the best tasting hot pepper sauces on the market today.

Please enjoy our handmade hot sauces, but use sparingly!
